Competition now open for CEO, NSAA

The Province of Nova Scotia is seeking a new Chief Executive Officer for the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency (NSAA). Nova Scotia Department of Labour, Skills and Immigration is working with KBRS, a recruitment agency with offices in Halifax, Toronto, Moncton and St. John’s to recruit for the position of Chief Executive Officer who will lead the continued modernization of the NSAA and champion its important strategic priorities.

As the search for an incoming CEO continues, Peter Conlon will act as the interim CEO for the Agency. Peter was appointed in November 2022 and has been working with industry, apprentices, the Department, the Board, the NSAA team, its clients and partners on a plan to modernize the apprenticeship system.
