Respectful Workplaces
The Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency strongly supports and promotes respect and diversity in the workplace. Respectful workplaces are safe workplaces where employees are valued, recognized, empowered and treated fairly, and conflict is addressed pro-actively. A respectful workplace culture is not only the right environment to create, it reduces stress among employees, improves communication, promotes teamwork and reduces conflict, all which have a very positive effect on the company’s productivity and bottom line.
