Per the Agency’s Operating Charter, the Board is required to conduct an annual meeting with industry to get information and input for Agency planning and accountability. The Board holds the meeting in the fall of each year.

On February 25, 2015, more than 170 industry representatives, training stakeholders and government members attended the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency's first Annual Industry Meeting at the Holiday Inn Harbourview Hotel in Dartmouth. The meeting included breakfast, opening remarks by Minister Kelly Regan, reports on the Agency and trade-level discussions on topics such as Atlantic and National trade harmonization and specific trade advisory committee work.
